I also started riding my bike a bit, so I did buy some padded bike capri pants. The first time that I went to Spinning, I used them, but forgot the second time, and my butt really felt the difference. It is so wonderful to be able to move and not feel winded or abnormally fatigued. What a gift we have been given.

Didn't weight in two weeks ago as I was out of town.

Two weeks ago    175.6
Today                      171.4

Loss for 2 weeks      -4.2

Very good numbers for me....VERY happy about this.
Also added another work out day this week and will try to keep this up.....I am down 60 pounds total.......yesterday I really accepted that I would NEVER have gotten to this weight without surgery.   It just wasn't going to happen.  So thankful and PRAY I can maintain in the future...

Total loss 2.2 lbs

Still losing.  Not really good at this point.  This is the least I have weighed in over 30 years.  I hate seeing people now because they keep asking if I am sick.  Yesterday I saw someone I haven't seen for several months.  She is a very outspoken person and says what's on her mind.  When I was gaining weight she came out and told me that I was too heavy and needed to lose weight.  Not too many people will come out and say that.  I don't get upset because that is just how she is and I appreciate her directness.  With Helen you won't get any sugar coating.  So, I knew I would see her yesterday and I dreaded it and she was just as direct asking me what was wrong and if I was sick.
I am eating a little more but I really feel my restriction.  I should try to eat more often but really, I am not hungry and I hate eating when I am not hungry.  It reminds me of before when I ate all the time, hungry or not.
I am going to see my doctor in a few weeks and I hate to hear what they have to say.  I keep saying that it will stop and I will bounce back.  Still not tracking my food but maybe I need to start.  When I last tracked I was at about 1400 calories a day and I am eating more now.  The only thing I can guess is that I am malabsorbing more then I thought.  I have never lost weight at 1400 calories a day before and I am barely exercising.  I guess I should track and up to 1600 calories a day.
My range is 115 to 120 and since I am below that I need to add some things, like more protein and more healthy fat.

LadyTazz, I hope you get your answer on how to regain a COUPLE of lbs and then maintain.

Ladytazz,

Don't know how tall you are but judging from your goal weight you must be about 5'2"?  I'm 4' 10 1/2" and my goal weight is 100-105.  I actually got down to 97 pounds and I WAS too thin.  People were telling me I looked sick and I didn't feel well at that weight.  But it was only for a very short period of time and then I bounced back up to 103 for the longest time.  gradually it has increased and I'm at 112 now.  I am trying to get back down to 105 but we'll see how that goes...

Hang in there - you're body will figure out where it wants to be and you will be ok...

I am 5'3".  I assume I'm not looking all that healthy when everywhere I go people I know ask if I am sick.  I just went to a funeral today and heard it again.  I don't feel unhealthy but I guess I look that way.  I thought I looked fine at 135lbs and would be fine if that is where I end up.
Did people tell you that you looked good at 100 to 105?

Don't worry about your weight at this point, it's the fat not redistributed that is making you look skinny right now. I just calculated your BMI and you are at a 20.3 which is perfectly fine. You don't get to UNDERweight until under 104.2.

Your leftover fat will adjust...just hang in there. We all look sickly til that happens.
