Very good numbers for me....VERY happy about this.
Also added another work out day this week and will try to keep this up.....I am down 60 pounds total.......yesterday I really accepted that I would NEVER have gotten to this weight without surgery. It just wasn't going to happen. So thankful and PRAY I can maintain in the future...

This week 114.6
Total loss 2.2 lbs
Still losing. Not really good at this point. This is the least I have weighed in over 30 years. I hate seeing people now because they keep asking if I am sick. Yesterday I saw someone I haven't seen for several months. She is a very outspoken person and says what's on her mind. When I was gaining weight she came out and told me that I was too heavy and needed to lose weight. Not too many people will come out and say that. I don't get upset because that is just how she is and I appreciate her directness. With Helen you won't get any sugar coating. So, I knew I would see her yesterday and I dreaded it and she was just as direct asking me what was wrong and if I was sick.
I am eating a little more but I really feel my restriction. I should try to eat more often but really, I am not hungry and I hate eating when I am not hungry. It reminds me of before when I ate all the time, hungry or not.
I am going to see my doctor in a few weeks and I hate to hear what they have to say. I keep saying that it will stop and I will bounce back. Still not tracking my food but maybe I need to start. When I last tracked I was at about 1400 calories a day and I am eating more now. The only thing I can guess is that I am malabsorbing more then I thought. I have never lost weight at 1400 calories a day before and I am barely exercising. I guess I should track and up to 1600 calories a day.
My range is 115 to 120 and since I am below that I need to add some things, like more protein and more healthy fat.

Don't know how tall you are but judging from your goal weight you must be about 5'2"? I'm 4' 10 1/2" and my goal weight is 100-105. I actually got down to 97 pounds and I WAS too thin. People were telling me I looked sick and I didn't feel well at that weight. But it was only for a very short period of time and then I bounced back up to 103 for the longest time. gradually it has increased and I'm at 112 now. I am trying to get back down to 105 but we'll see how that goes...
Hang in there - you're body will figure out where it wants to be and you will be ok...
