Slow is okay as long as it is a negative loss.

Keep at it.

FINALLY broke my three or four week stall and got to my goal of under 140...a four pound loss for me this week down to 139.8..now im thinking, now what? Not sure if im going to try for 135 or just see what my body does...either way im pretty happy where I am so I guess I can't complain about that.

The slow loss trend continues.  I upped the frequency and intensity of my work outs this week - hope it helps.

150.4 last week
149.6 this week
.8 loss

Amy, you'll get there...it may take time but you will.

Good going this week.

Last week:  110.9 lbs

up and down all week, but ended up at:

This week: 110.5 lbs

Overall, down 0.4 lbs. Since I am having some trouble cutting some calories, I have upped my exercise considerably, and went to two spinning classes, in addition to my usual regime. Spinning is a new challenge for me.

Spinning is great, but can make your butt hurt. We got padded removable seats for our trips to spinning class.

Good going! Keep it up.
