Good Morning. 5:32AM...Time for a nap

I think my dogs and I are on Mid Atlantic Ridge time. They got me up at 3:55 this morning. Now they're both sacked back out snoozing away...well, Newton is in the chair with me wanting his tummy scratched so he can go back to sleep. I think I'll take a nap until DH comes downstairs. The good news is, I've already taken my morning vitamins and had 1 1/2 protein coffees.  Anyway, I'm off to a good start for the day. Bday party for the grand baby is on the schedule and I think other than chores, that's it.

Whatcha doing today?  Y'all have a great Saturday.

I was awake about 2 Am but last night, I actually went back to sleep...it was almost 4:30 but I did go back to sleep.

Not much today other than keeping cool...and making my packing lists.

Have fun at her b'day party.

Liz

Drive ponies, final trip to the store, clean harness, wash carriages, finish packing, make quiche to take for breakfasts, soup to take for lunches.  Whew, I'm tired already.  I hope it doesn't rain today.

HI Gina!

I think I may be on Mountain time.  Didn't get up until 9.  Went to a concert last night and didn't get home until after midnight.  Was great weather and a good time.  I left the tickets home (duh) so we had to watch from the beer tent.  .

I really have nothing on my agenda for today.  May get out of the house, Tom has to go to work and his daughter is on the warpath.  Don't need it.

I just finished my 2.5 mile walk with my friend.  It is sweltering out there.  DH and I are going to an "Honor the Defenders" picnic this afternoon.  It is for all of the security forces airman in the local area -- a barbecue to say thank you.

We're getting ready to have the family over tomorrow. DGD is getting baptized.

It will be a busy weekend, but nice.  Enjoy the birthday party!

When you are not working and spouse is retired, every day can be a day to sleep in....not just Sunday's. Sunday is just another day.

I communicate online fine early but don't ask the same of me in person, LOL. I need an hour or so of me, quiet time first.
