Found out where the pain is coming from at last.
Hi guys,
The docs finally worked out what has been giving me so much pain. I have a tear in the "Rectus Abdominis" muscle. (No this is not a tear in my butt LOL) the Rectus Abdominis is the big muscles than run up and down the abdominal wall and I have a tear on my left side and he probably a small Heamatoma with it. Not sure what has caused this maybe lifting something too heavy and/or over doing things a bit. Pain is still pretty darn awful and can only rest to ease it. it will be one of those things that just take time. So I still feel pretty beaten up.

Thanks Jody, Doc didn't really know how long it could take as it depends on how much I keep irritating it. It's very difficult as you use you stomach muscles for everything. Even getting in and out of the chair sometimes is a struggle. it reminds me of when I had my tummy tuck years ago and had all the corest muscle stitching and that was a bit of an ouch time.

Glad you found out where and what was causing the pain. You will heal, just be patient.
