You are right where you  are supposed to be.

You have gotten some great advice already.

Just concentrate on getting your fluids, protein and vites in. The rest will come.

I know it can be frustrating......at the 3-4 point mark MANY (including myself) go onto a stall.....I also found this irritating but was SO glad to know it was normal....soon after that point I started losing again and YOU will too!!!

Being lighweights we don't lose the large amounts someone heavier does.  I have NEVER lost 5 pounds in one week and really expected that this would happen sometimes. The tiredness is normal...I felt so fatigued the first weeks out.   Protein helps a lot...I still need a lot of sleep and believe me I will be getting some this weekend!

When I read your post I thought it said you had surgery 7/3 so I hope I didnt sound harsh.  We can do this and the weight will come off....TRULY!!

I am rooting for BOTH of us~~!     

This is a great board so post again when you need to vent....
