Happy Thursday!!!!  My new fridge is in and being delivered this weekend.  They swear my fruits are going to last longer....I hope so because I throw out more than I eat.

Morning!

Today is yogalates (yoga & pilates), it's fun and great to be feeling all my muscles again!  Did I tell ya, I saw an ex-bf last weekend?  He hadn't seen me in over 15 years.... he could not stop telling me how good I looked, I admit I was totally flattered...

Hi Roz!  Back on track eating today.  Yesterday was festival food - too many carbs but it was good!  One thing I DON'T allow myself to do is to graze on the elephant ears, french fries, etc.  My snack was cherries!!

Went swimming last night and felt terrific.  Outswam my dh.  Going to the chiro this afternoon for what I think is a pinched nerve.  My arms keep falling asleep.  I've never been to a chiro, so hope it goes well.

Hi Roz,
Have you ever tried those green zip lock bags for your fruits/veggies?  I use them some and they really do seem to help it last longer.    I know you are excited about your new refrigerator.  Hope your burns are feeling better.
