Hello All! Happy Friday! Roz, I have to get some of that sf peppermint syrup! I love mint. I got a friend from my support group to try the mint cookie protein, and she is so excited about it and loves it... says she was getting bored with her current protein. We all need to switch things up every once in a while!

D: going to my sisters Stampin Up class, so I am bringing my own snacks this time... syntrax nectar twisted cherry protein drink, perhaps 2 caramel rice cakes smeared with peanut butter
