Good news / bad news
All lightweights can appreciate my news -
Good News - I went to the pulmonologist, and I have REM-associated Sleep Apnea. Yea - a co-morbidity
Bad News - I have been working really to adjust my eating patterns per the nutritionist - and lost too much weight. I now have a BMI of 34.9....and I don't have the two years history above 35. So I'll be paying for myself
Good News - because I'll have to pay myself, I have a date - Aug 10.
