Menus and Miles Tues. July 5th
roI have plastic runners in front of my sink so my DD's just rolled them up and through them outside. DD was going to spray them off today and he said they were burnt clear though. He said I was very lucky that my burns weren't worse. Your right about no one needing the calories. They all seemed to enjoy the carrot rolls that she took. I felt so bad though because she made it from scratch and she was so proud.
Good Menu! What brand of low carb wrap do you use? I really don't like the Arnold's thin buns.

toufayan, low carb, low fat Each wrap has 140 calories, 3g fat, 15 carbs, 8 fiber, 13 protein. So 1/2 isn't bad stats.

Glad you are better...burns can be a *****! DH OOT a couple of days so taking the opportunity to do another 5 DPT. One way or the other,I WILL get control of the carbs again...long term enough to get to goal!

That's good. I was worried that you were drinking Protein shakes that were high carb. I have to watch my Mint Cookie shakes because of the carbs. I usually only drink it a couple times a week.

chai tea
a polish cold cut and fat free cheese sandwich in the morning
rice and beans for dinner
roasted squash in between
salad on the hoof
homemade tabouleh with fresh homegrown cherry tomatoes and herbs
raspberries ...
am craving watermelon though ... gotta go to the dreaded STORE
. This time of year i usually avoid shopping trips literally for MONTHS at a time ...
