Menus and Miles Tues. July 5th
My burns on my arm look red, sore, and swelled today but they actually feel pretty good today. The cold water and burn salve relieved a lot of the pain yesterday. It could have been so much worse..luckily my carpet, stove, and fridge got the blunt of it.
During the honeymoon period "Bad" carbs will slow down our losing but most of the time we don't realize that's even happening because we are still losing and we "think" we are getting away with it, but worse than that, "Bad Carbs" lead to bad habits and then when we get to maintenance we start gaining.

Today I had cereal and a banana with my vitamins and looking to have a protein shake in a few minutes. Probably eat leftovers today.. Hope you had a great fourth of July! .......Jeff

so sorry to hear about the burns! i'm glad youre healing. i had a busy weekend including moving, i'm so glad thats over and i can get back to normalcy.
