@ Lee....it may mean a non scale victory but for me, surgery and scale equate the same as, honestly, my weight wouldn't get to this point without surgery. So, you are probably right!

I have to say that I have so little confidence in my physical abilities that it is wonderful to learn that I can grow and do more.

@Ava....I had my brother take a picture of me at the top and if I don't look too crazy I will post it when he sends it to me.  I have had NO pictures taken since surgery but will try to add a "real" pic of me soon...
