Gina....it was quite a trek!

Don....NSV means a non surgical victory.....the things we achieve that are not necessarily related to a # on the scale....which is true for me as I still have a ways to go and NEVER would have thought that I could do this hike even at my current weight (almost 60 pounds from my highest).

Sometimes I feel the biggest obstacle that stands in our way is ourselves. We forget that with the weight gone we are able to do all the things that we wanted to always try.  So you go girl and keep climbing those mountains and trails!

Great story!  Imagine how you'll feel in another three months.  You'll probably be beating them all to the top!
