Peachtree Road Race

Glad you are ok.  My niece had a similiar problem she got a bad cramp and went down walking up the hill for us to start back to Marta.  I had to get the medics to help her and she was dehydrated also.  I thought we were going to have to call someone to take us to Marta or my sister to come and get us in the car after the streets opened up.  We finally made it but we were some of the last ones to get back on Marta later that afternoon.  My right leg cramped really bad,but it is ok.  I'm actually sorer today than I was yesterday.

It is very emotional to think back to where we came from and probably how easy it would be to get back there again.  I know for me it is an every day effort to really watch things closely.

Maybe we can meet up next year or sometime.
