During the honeymoon period "Bad" carbs will slow down our losing but most of the time we don't realize that's even happening because we are still losing and we "think" we are getting away with it, but worse than that, "Bad Carbs" lead to bad habits and then when we get to maintenance we start gaining.

I have been having serious chocolate desires that my chocolate calcuim chews wasn't gettting it for. So I made white chocolate sf pudding and added 2 scoops of chocolate protein and 2 scoops of cookies and cream protein. I guess I put too much protein in it because it didn't set but it is good anyway. I put a serving in the freezer tonight to eat after supper. It is so chocolatey and sweet, it is meeting the need. thank goodness, I thought I was going to have to bathe in chocolate to get this overwhelming desire cured.

I guess the only salvation is that the detoxing is possible when It wasn't before and I am able to get back on plan quickly.
I truly,truly wwould like tom get back on fat burning plan instead of maintainig plan. I didn't like yo-yoing then and I don't like it now.
