During the honeymoon period "Bad" carbs will slow down our losing but most of the time we don't realize that's even happening  because we are still losing and we "think" we are getting away with it, but worse than that,  "Bad Carbs" lead to bad habits and  then when we get to maintenance we start gaining.

S - Fage yogurt w/berries and protein coffee (30g)
L - steak, mushroom and asparagus
D - more steak, mushrooms, hard cider and whipped cream fruit pie

Hi Roz! Hope your day is good.  Not much on my agenda for today.  I swore off eating last night - LOL.. but really, seems anytime or anything I eat ((and sometimes drink) anymore is irritating.  Not to the point of pain, but just yuck.  May be a soft food day

B - a couple of protein coffees
L - So much for soft food - a coney dog including most of the bun w/onions.... funny though, it sat well...
D- about 6 cheese cubes

Bad start to the weekend.  Last night when I was cleaning out the old horse trailer, I got stung on my face at least 2x by somekind of horrible wasp, hornet or something.  It hurt was painful yesterday but this morning the swelling is in my eyelids and I can bearly open my eye.  Certainly will limit what I can do today.  Darn bugs.
