thanks for sharing part of your story with me. i really think it helps me, hearing about other peoples experiences after surgery- whatever surgery it was. great job of the loss so far! and, having no fibro flares... well THAT would be so wonderful if it happened for me!

I had type two diabetes. They started testing my blood sugar before I was fully conscious after surgery and it was in normal range. My last batch of test strips is about to expire and I don't know if I'll renew. I see my PCP 7/13 for my physical. This is the first time I will be happy to be weighed in my entire life.
This board is about support, not competition and negativity. No matter how much you have to lose and keep off, it is hard work and we all know it. Why make it harder for anyone?
