If it is a domestic rabbit, you should catch it. They do not have the same genetic traits as a wild rabbit and will not be adapted to survive your enviroment. If it breeds with the wild population, it may introduce new traits to the native population. That could be a good thing but often is not with a domestic species. The local animal control or ASPC can take it and try to rehome it.
