J.C. Penny's is having a big sale today so we took the kids and went to take a look around. While the kids and my hubby shopped, I decided to see what size I wore. I used to wear a 22 when I began this journey 5 months ago. I can't believe it fit into a size 14 pair of Capri's! I have not worn a size 14 since high school! It was a size 14 womens but it was still a 14. I'm so happy with right now. It's great to go down instead of up for a change. I'm so happy.

You'll really start going through sizes now. Jus****ch what happens.  The hard part is trying to get your head wrapped around it.  Congratulations!

That's great.  I think I skipped 14s all together.  Don't buy much because it will keep going down.

I agree with Jody.  You will breeze past 140.  That was my first goal but I have continually taken it down because I was still losing.  Now I am in a normal BMI and just keep on keeping on to see where I will land.
