Hoping to do better today than I did yesterday - no ice cream today!! DGD#1 is coming tonight and DGD#2 is coming tomorrow so we will be busy with them this weekend. Sunday we are leaving to go to my nieces to get ready for the Peachtree Road Race Monday morning. Hope you have a great holiday.

early morning snack - pb2 / sugarfree morello chrry jam on whole wheat roll 3fig newtons
fresh squash puree in polish soupmix for lunch -

spent all day persuading husband t o pay his mortgage on time .... hesaid he might if he " feels like it " two hours before closing time of the banks the last possible day ...

My fats are pretty high today because of the cheese I've eaten but I haven't found a fat free cheese that I can stand. Oh, on second thought, I guess the peanut butter isn't helping either.
