During the honeymoon period "Bad" carbs will slow down our losing but most of the time we don't realize that's even happening because we are still losing and we "think" we are getting away with it, but worse than that, "Bad Carbs" lead to bad habits and then when we get to maintenance we start gaining.

So, I found out that an ex-boyfriend from about 18 years ago (last one before husband), is going to be at my friends cookout that my hubby & DD & I will be at Sunday! Hubby won't care so no worries about that, and we were friends after we broke up so no worries about that either... I just want to look good! LOL Esp since he has never seen me this skinny! Should be fun, maybe I will have to re-introduce myself if he doesn't recognize me!!! LOL
PreB: Protein coffee
B: plain greek yogurt, fresh cantaloupe, fiberone cereal
L: (more like snacks cuz we are taking off early from work) cottage cheese, bbq soy crisps
Getting my nails done, hopefully trim and color my hair! The food shopping!

10:00 am: Cottage cheese, kashi, blueberries: 24.4g protein
12:30 pm: Leftover from yesterday, rotisserie chicken, muenster cheese, popped cake (1/2) baby carrots: 17.6g protein
3:00 pm: laughing cow cheese, carrots, dry roasted edamame: 10g protein
4:30pm: Pre-workout (1/2), 1.5gm protein
5:00pm: ZUMBA and vanilla pro charge shake (1/2): 10gm protein
Shopping with the wee one for some items for my cousin's post wedding party (getting married at the courthouse today and partying tomorrow, is it still a reception?)
8:00pm: CauliPizza with a small salad: 21.7g protein
Dessert if needed, strawberry shake (vanilla powder, strawberries, and strawberry syrup): 28.6g protein
Totals brought to you by OH: 1286 calories, 40g fat, 93.5g carbs (68.5g NET), 141g protein
higher carbs due to the shake i'm drinking at zumba and because i went back to chewable vitamins, but i hit my 25g of fiber and am still under 100gms so i'm happy :)
