PUT ON YOUR CUTEST "LITTLE" SUMMER OUTFIT....ENJOY YOUR FAMILIES AND FRIENDS AND DON'T LET THE WEEKEND BE ALL ABOUT FOOD....MAKE GOOD CHOICES!!!!

During the honeymoon period "Bad" carbs will slow down our losing but most of the time we don't realize that's even happening  because we are still losing and we "think" we are getting away with it, but worse than that,  "Bad Carbs" lead to bad habits and  then when we get to maintenance we start gaining.

It's actually not going to be to bad because the girls have to celebrate with their DH's families too. Going to buy a fridge tonight, wedding tomorrow, and then my sister will have a picnic on the 4th and then fireworks.  Probably work around the house on Sunday after church and then cook out.

DH is bummed because the golf cart is in the shop again!

Vitalady meet and greets Saturday and Tuesday. Will get together with the kids and grandbaby next weekend for birthdays. She'll be 2 years old.

Hey Guys!

So, I found out that an ex-boyfriend from about 18 years ago (last one before husband), is going to be at my friends cookout that my hubby & DD & I will be at Sunday!   Hubby won't care so no worries about that, and we were friends after we broke up so no worries about that either...  I just want to look good! LOL  Esp since he has never seen me this skinny!  Should be fun, maybe I will have to re-introduce myself if he doesn't recognize me!!! LOL

PreB: Protein coffee
B: plain greek yogurt, fresh cantaloupe, fiberone cereal
L: (more like snacks cuz we are taking off early from work) cottage cheese, bbq soy crisps
Getting my nails done, hopefully trim and color my hair!  The food shopping!
D: artichoke, provolone, tomato & spinach pizza on a whole wheat tortilla
S: Peanut Butter Cup Protein Shake

Honestly, I don't know if hubby will remember who he is.... he met him at my friends wedding back when hubby and I just started dating.  But, I bet he won't remember him, and I am certainly not going to remind him!  But no, he is not the jealous-type thank goodness anyways so it is all good!  LOL

I use all my vacation days for going to cheer trips with my DD's and I so wish I had a few days I could take off for a staycation...I'm so jealous!

 Good morning everyone!

7:30 am: FC28 Wildberry cold drink with 1/2 scoop nectar grapefruit: 27g protein
10:00 am: Cottage cheese, kashi, blueberries: 24.4g protein
12:30 pm: Leftover from yesterday, rotisserie chicken, muenster cheese, popped cake (1/2) baby carrots: 17.6g protein
3:00 pm: laughing cow cheese, carrots, dry roasted edamame: 10g protein
4:30pm: Pre-workout (1/2), 1.5gm protein
5:00pm: ZUMBA and vanilla pro charge shake (1/2): 10gm protein
Shopping with the wee one for some items for my cousin's post wedding party (getting married at the courthouse today and partying tomorrow, is it still a reception?)
8:00pm: CauliPizza with a small salad: 21.7g protein
Dessert if needed, strawberry shake (vanilla powder, strawberries, and strawberry syrup): 28.6g protein

Totals brought to you by OH: 1286 calories, 40g fat, 93.5g carbs (68.5g NET), 141g protein

higher carbs due to the shake i'm drinking at zumba and because i went back to chewable vitamins, but i hit my 25g of fiber and am still under 100gms so i'm happy :)


 7/18/10: 211lbs, 10/16/10: 174 lbs, 1/21/11: 146 lbs, 4/20/11: 131 lbs. Insulin FREE since 7/2010, "normal" BMI since 12/2010. I'm 31, 5'5", happily married, with a fabulous 3 year old boy, and hope to add to our family in the near future
