After I make blueberry pancakes for the guys, I save the last teaspoon of batter, add about a tablespoon of ground flax seed and a scoop of vanilla protein, and enough water to make it a batter.  Cook as you would a pancake.  It isn't airy and fluffy like a pancake but it will do just fine.  I also cook blueberries with a little water and sweetner for a syurp to go on it.  We grow blueberries and it is a good way to use them. I probably should do a 1/2 scoop because I can barely finish the pancake with a scoop.

Hi guys,
All is very very quiet here. DH is playing golf and Son#2 is off somewhere with Son#1 playing cards or something.

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
2nd B - cheesy scrambled egg, bacon and protein coffee (30g)
S - Fage yogurt w/berries
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 3 peanut butter crackers
D - thin crust pizza
S - CarbSmart ice cream

evening batch: starting

I smiled when I read you had cheesy scrambled eggs.  Our DGS won't eat scrambled eggs so they tried ketcup and he still won't eat them so they are going to try cheese.

Are your boys going to be hanging around on the 4th?

DH is playing golf again today. I sent him out with a capsule of magnesium citrate and a tablet of potassium. He got so dehydrated or over heated yesterday he had cramps in his hands last night. He's going to take those on the 10th tee. 

The sons stayed out late last night and are barely awake yet. The kids and grand baby will come over tonight for fireworks.

Hi Roz,
We traveled today to my nieces house to get ready for the Peachtree Road race in the morning!!!  I'm so excited and also nervous.  I just want to finish the race - 6.2 miles.....

Drinking lots of fluids today because it is suppose to be really hot in the morning.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee

L:  1/2 Apple Pecan Salad (Wendy's)
