 Last week 118
This week 116.8
Total loss 1.2

I was 115.2 yesterday.  Another bout of diarrhea (TMI).  I take 2 magnesium oxide 500mg and Miralax daily and while most of the time it helps it seems that every couple of weeks or so I get diarrhea.  I'm afraid to cut down because if I miss a dose I start getting constipated again.  Even cutting back to one magnesium oxide a day will give me constipation.
I am still losing, too.  Not too sure what to do about that.  I have increased my intake a bit, mainly protein, but I don't want to go overboard.  I know that I will eventually bounce back anyway and I don't want to make it worse.  Besides, despite the fact that my weight is lower my body fat is still 25% and I wear a size 4.  But where do I stop?  When should I get concerned?  I feel fine physically.  I go back to the surgeon in a few weeks and I'll see what they have to say about my weight.

How tall are you??? Adding more protein for calories is helpful, as well as healthy fat, such as avocado, etc. A little added fat or even an apple might help with the constipation issue.

You won't lose much body fat, if you're not doing resistance training, even though your weight goes down.

I am 5'3".  I have added some healthy fat.  I love avocados so that isn't a problem.  I may try adding an apple to see if that helps.
I plan on joining the community center soon so I can get started on an exercise routine.

At your current weight and height, your BMI is 20.7. You can go as low as 104.5 before getting underweight. So relax...and a 25% body fat for a female is great. Healthy range, depending on age is 21-36%. http://www.weightlossforall.com/fat-percentage-ideal.htm

Ladytazz, get concerned when you hit an 18.4 BMI (THAT is considered underweight) but until then, don't worry.

Sorry about the bouts of diarrhea. I just added fiber pills to my list of meds and it seems to keep me balanced.

I was about 120.5 - 121 this morning. I think that's the same as last weekend.  I'm good with it.

As long as you are happy where you are, things are good.

I've just dropped below 120 for two days in a row. This is the first time since I went on that weight lifting bender back at the beginning of the year.
