Carrie, the scale will move soon enough. Be patient.

 I'm trying Liz!!

My husband put the scale away (OK, he hid the scale) and I'll only weigh on Sundays now.
Thanks for the support.  It helps so much.

Last week: 109.6

This week: 110.9

Up 1.3 lbs for the week

Increase 1.1  pounds from YESTERDAY, so it may be mostly fluid, but I have been eating a bit more. Down go my calories/day. Maintenance is proving to be quite a balancing act. I can see why people eat the same things.

Yeap, maintenance is a balancing act that's for sure.

You can do it. Liz

Today 145.2

last week 145.?  can't remember exact number.

My weight has been up and down this week, went as low as 144.2 but back up this morning.

Not sure why if I had a day of dehydration or something.  I feel good and I'm okay with it.

It's been a challenging week with celebrations.  More tomorrow too.  I'm making good choices!

Have a great week.

Yeah, there is a difference but they feel very much the same until you get far enough out to actually see progress. Even a lb a week is 4 a month, and if it slows to 1/2 lb, that's still 2 a month.

The month of June sucked for my weight loss.  Essentially a 4 week stall.
But I shrank inch-wise. I've recorded a total of 41 inches lost.
