Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so

COE is just an insurance gimmick, in many cases, and no indication of any excellence regarding the patient what so ever. Vent away, babeeee!

I agree with Gina that COEs are a gimmick of the insurance companies.

However, some are better than others. I loved my COE at New York Presbyterian. Neither Liz nor I can stand the COE Liz went to in Knoxville.
