I use a chai flavored tea bag in ho****er. Steep the tea and make it strong.

In a blender bottle with wire ball, blend a few ounces of milk (skim, soy, almond, lactaid, etc) with a scoop of IDS MultiPro vanilla-cinnamon protein powder. Shake.

Poor the protein slurry in to a hug mug and poor the chai tea on top. Stir and enjoy.

You want to keep the slurry below 130, that's why you poor hot into cold and stir.

 Bariatriceating.com has pre made chai.

I also LOVE the SB chai, but am so picky about other chai.

I've ordered the Davincci  (sp?) sugar free chai syrup from vita lady.com (haven't tried it yet) and ordered some mocha drinks from Bariatric eating this morning....but scared about the chai.

If you find one comprable to SB let me know!!!

Good luck!

I make chai latte with low carb 'milk' (heated) and a scoop of sugar free / decaf chai mix.  I don't add protien but I am considering it., it has about 14 grams without a supplement.  Oh- and I hate SB chai- thats just a me.  This version is more like what you would get at Panera Bread.  FYI: I buy the mix online, its expense and not many places carry it.
