when i go over there I always say why do Americans live the crazy way they do ? we overwork... we overgym,,,, we overdiet ,,, we overeat ... were so unhappy and unsatisfied in our giant houses !
and botom line ..our lives are so UNHEALTHY .MISERABLE and SHORT !!! Europeans ONLY work 7 hoursa day TOPS !! and have two MONTHS paid VACATION !!!! thay have LIVES .....
What are we MISSING ?!!!!

I love beans so the stew does sound yummy to me but not sure about the sour pickle. I love SF sweet pickles though.
I think I'd fit right in with their menus.

B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and strawberries and another protein coffee (30g)
S - baby carrots w/dip
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanut butter sandwich on a multi grain deli flat
S - popcorn
D - Fage yogurt w/berries (not sure what I want, if anything else)
S - CarbSmart ice cream
VITAMINS:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting
Proferrin: pending

4 - 15 minute walks

L: Spaghetti sauce w/ a few noodles-for some reason I couldn't eat much of it today

Don't have much to report so I'll just get to the daily fun, that's right, my menu! I love that food is still fun for me and I really enjoy plotting my menus

Curves- 30 minutes
Perfect Chocolate shake, 23g protein
B: Cottage cheese, raspberries, kashi: 24.5g protein
L: coco pop cake, chicken, muenster: 21g protein**
Snack: StringCheese, CranRazz HM breakfast cookie bar: 12.6g protein
Snack: Jello Pop, blueberry-raspberry, carrots: 6.1g protein**
D: Turkey burger, small salad: 13.2g protein
Snack: Blended mint cookie shake: 24.1g protein
Totals are brought to you by the OH tracker: 1140 calories, 32.7g fat, 88.9g carbs (64.5g NET), 125g protein
Hope to swim tonight but not putting that on the schedule cuz if i do it will rain for hail or be cold
