Menus and Miles Tues. June 28th

Hi Roz,
Hope you had a great birthday today!!!  We got home yesterday.  Trip was cut a day short because her Sister in law's ceiling fell in when a pipe busted above their den so we just stayed at my parents an extra day.
Found some great buys in clothes.  I went back to work this afternoon.

B:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink

Miles:  6.2 miles walked this morning

Thanks Linda!  It was actually on Monday but I forgot to take it off yesterday's schedule.

WOW...her roof fell in?  Wow..that would be a shock!  Hopefully her insurance will help pay for it.

Glad you had a great time and got some good bargins.

I need to find some crackers or something similiar that would be better than the thin rolls.  I need something crunchy and the thin bread just doesn't satisfy that.

Good Menu!

DD went for Sonar yesterday.  To soon to see anything but the shape of the sack.  They were hoping she could see the heart beating because she has been so stressed about the baby being alive. She goes back in 3 weeks for another sonar.

I bet the next 3 weeks will be very stressful for your DD.  Hope everything goes good then and maybe she can relax some then.  Be sure to keep me updated.

Those sonars are so amazing!   Fortunately her co-pay is paid up for the year so I think they are going to do one every month.

I ended up only with one protein and had part of my husband' s Jimmy John sandwich for dinner. No excuses. I have to do better today.
