Going out of town Wed - Monday to visit my BFF in Florida. Planning to take my protein powder and try to break some bad eating habits--mainly snacking and decrease drinking diet sodas-- while away from home

Doesn't soda burn going down? I think I've taken 2 tiny sips since surgery and that's because I felt like something was going to stick but it only made it worse and boy did it burn!

yay it is cold outside! it has been SO hot lately that is was miserable! it is so much easier for me to get protein in on cold days because i drink up the coffee. i think i am going to the gym today and working on water and vits

The weather is just about perfect here. Not to hot and definitely not cold. I usually drink my Protein drink in the morning without ice because it seems to open me up but whether its cold or hot out I love my crushed ice.
