Menus and Miles Tues. June 28th

Roz - what do you mix your Mint Cookie Protein with?  I had been mixing mine with 1/2 water and 1/2 milk, but lately milk hasn't been my friend. 

B - coffee so far
S - will take a protein drink on the road with me (just running into town)
L - Rest of the egg/cheese/sausage mess from yesterday and drank the protein drink on the way into town
D - asparagus/cheese and a couple of doritos so far...I filled up SO fast.  I'll get some protein later

Vits- yes, just got done taking them
Water:

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Jody, I know you are asking Roz about the mint protein, but thought I'd chime in b/c I make mint cookie shakes with jus****er & ice and LOVE them!  I can't do milk in my shakes, I get a belly ache.... cheers!

Just recently milk has been giving me belly aches too - I haven't had any issues before now. 

I'll try with water and ice.  Do you blend the ice or just have it on the rocks?

I blend with ice, kind of like a frosty... haven't tried it any other way, but if you do, let me know!

and i add a teaspoon of sugar free chocolate pudding......yum!!!!!  i freeze it and have my very own mint chocolate ice cream!!!

Mara - I mixed it in my mixing cup - 2 scoops of mint cookie protein with 1/2 water and 1/2 ice and shook it - it was awesome!!  So it was over the rocks..

Vits all but one batch and won't get it
