Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my top reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

During the honeymoon period "Bad" carbs will slow down our losing but most of the time we don't realize that's even happening  because we are still losing and we "think" we are getting away with it, but worse than that,  "Bad Carbs" lead to bad habits and  then when we get to maintenance we start gaining.

 I've started back on my protein shakes recently and finally need to be posting.
B-egg, jalapeno, cheese, tomato
Cookies and cream protein shake x2
D- chicken and rosemary

Headed to the gym in a bit 1 hour of cardio and working on my stomach today.

Good morning! Have my room torn all apart today and then my son dropped the girls off! gonna be a long day.
For some reason my vites are not going down so well today, what is up with that?

I've always taken my vits in the morning but lately I'm really tight in the morning and then it makes me uncomfortable for awhile so I switched for the evening.

How old are the girls?  I remember helping my Grandma "straighten" things up and now I'm making memories with my DGD's and I'm sure you are too. I also remember putting thumb nail marks in her rubber tree leaves....LOL  so I "try" to stay really calm when DGD#3 picks my flowers....

Hope you finish the day off as strong as you started it!!

The girls did help with the laundry and helping run up and down the stairs.
They are 3 and 10 years old. I started a major decluttering process, but their mom should be home by 4, so hopefully I can put it back together by bedtime.

With my vits, I usually am taking something every 2-3  hours between the calcium and extra iron I am trying to get in.

Hello Ladies!

I am starting a new kickboxing class today!!  Hoping I sweat a lot and turn beat red, then I will know it was a awesome workout!!

LOL my DH is used to it, I have my black belt in Ty Kwon Do, I got it the same year we were married (1999) pre-surgery too.  He won't let me use him to display things I've learned though b/c one time he did years ago, I planted him on his arse! lol  He's 6'3" too, and was in the army!
