Menus and Miles Monday June 27th
Another Monday!! I've been posting my Menus on Fitclick (it's FREE) since last Thursday and I love it!! It is super easy to use and there is so many foods listed into their system through Fitclick and individuals that posting is a breeze. I haven't tried it yet but you can also break down recipes. Several things I hated about Fitday was that I had to enter all of my regular foods myself and it logged out every time so you couldn't just bring up the page and post. Give it a try and then if you think your site is still better than let me know because if their's something easier out their I'd like to check it out!!
During the honeymoon period "Bad" carbs will slow down our losing but most of the time we don't realize that's even happening because we are still losing and we "think" we are getting away with it, but worse than that, "Bad Carbs" lead to bad habits and then when we get to maintenance we start gaining.

just back from a week in tropical paridise (aruba!). i had a great time, but i'm also glad to be home. i put on about 2-6 vacation lbs (not sure how many since it's that time of the month and i'm retaining water), so i'm cutting back to get them off. i'm going to check out the site you mentioned. i also found fitday clunky so i hope this one is easier to use.
i'm moving on thursday so this is a pretty busy week for me.

My pouch is still grumpy. I hope I'm not getting an ulcer. I take my prevacid religiously every day, but I'm not having the pain others associate with it, so hopefully its just being grumpy.
