counting carbs/fruits for the newbie

 I think I am extremely sensitive to carbs.  Of course!
I am taking all of your advice.  I'm trying just meat and veggies at a meal.  Little to no fruit to get jump started again.  Another thing I noticed is you all still drink protein shakes/coffee.  I have not done that for months.  I think I am going to go back to having at least 1 a day-prob at breakfast and seeing how it goes.
Will try walking more too.

I highly highly recommend adding a protein shake or coffee if you don't change anything do that..I started off hating them to the core and didn't drink them for the first couple of months..until I came here and was recommended a few that I hadn't tried and then started trying them again..the weight just started melting off, my body needed the protein..in the end you gotta do what works for you!
