I get dizzy when I'm dehydrated so that is a possibly that's what's wrong.
I couldn't figure out what Gina's message meant but after reading your post again I've got to ask....what's Krav Maga?

I'm tanking up on water but still feel dizzy. Guess we'll see what happens.
Ok...Krav Maga is a style self defense. It's an Israeli style of fighting (close quarters combat) that has been adapted for Police, Military, and now civilians for self defense. Basically I'm learning how to kick some arse and take names! It's an awesome work out and I am learning to protect and defend myself too. DH and I are taking it together and we are really enjoying it. Only problem is I am constantly bruised and sore - but in a good way!

I've been dealing with a grouchy pouch for a few days now. Started when I ate some popcorn and chased it with milk of all things. Man - did I pay! That was Thursday night, Friday still tender and Saturday was still eating tums.
Went on a motorcycle ride yesterday for a Sarcoma fundraiser. The weather was picture perfect - you couldn't ask for better weather for it. 110 miles in 5 hours??? Well, they stop at 2 bars for an hour plus each time. Not a fan of that... I'd rather just get out and ride. I don't drink (alcohol) when I ride my bike so I wasn't really participating in the activities. Water was my friend yesterday.
So of course in the morning I'm not hungry, I had 1 protein coffee and a piece of sausage before I left. Little did I know it would be 5:30pm before I'd eat again! When I ate dinner my tummy started hurting again... I hope I'm not getting an ulcer. I took an OTC Omeprazole (already took my prescription one in the morning) and ate a few tums. Seemed to help.

D - pulled pork, some macaroni salad stuff (wasn't that good) and a few potato chips
