Menus and Miles Saturday June 25th

Before I left work yesterday for the fundraiser for Angelina I must have eaten too fast because for hours afterwards I was in so much pain I was considering going to the hospital. In Feb. I had a bad attack just like it when we were in Atlanta and they took my gall bladder out but now I'm wondering if it was a bad case of Dumping or maybe Ulcers. I kept throwing up the foamies and the pain was awful. I had to have my DD take me home from the fundraisers and on the way home I hiccupped 2 times and it all went away. Hiccups are my sign for fullness.
During the honeymoon period "Bad" carbs will slow down our losing but most of the time we don't realize that's even happening because we are still losing and we "think" we are getting away with it, but worse than that, "Bad Carbs" lead to bad habits and then when we get to maintenance we start gaining.

Hope you are feeling better today. We are having a great time on our trip. Of course, we are eating out alot and sometimes I have not made the best of choices, but nothing like I would have done before WLS.
I don't really have a plan, but here's what I've done so far today.

S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink

**Overall I believe I did good considering I finished 2 school papers also. Only excercise was getting in the pool for 20 min though...
