I figured I would gain since last week I had been a little sick. I am glad that I am actually maintaining. It seems that 118 is kind of a setting point for me. When I was in my 30s and lost weight (the old fashioned way lol) that is the weight I seemed to stay at pretty effortlessly. At that time I didn't do anything like track my food, I just ate 3 healthy meals a day and no refined carbs. I didn't really weigh or measure anything, I just tried to eat reasonable amounts of food.
I have been eating out more this last week, too, since it was my daughter's birthday and we were taken out to eat a few times so not only did I eat out but then I had the leftovers.
