Last week: 110.2 lbs
Loss: 0.6 lbs.
I am definitely in maintenance mode. ALL week, every single day, I was 110.2 lbs, which has never happened before. Usually, I'm up and down a few ounces, but for the past week, I was 110.2 lbs, until this AM. I'll take it. Figuring out the calories/day that I need, along with the amount of exercise.
I am happy at the present weight (I'm only 4'11") and according to a plastic surgery consult that I had a week ago, I have very little body fat and about 2-3 lbs of loose skin, so the weight training is making a huge difference.

How many calories/day are you getting? Are you getting enough? Any thing lower than 800 cal/day is going to slow your metabolism down. You should be getting 1000-1150 cal/day, which is what the dietitian told me. This was also based upon the amount of exercise that I get. She said that I would average 0.5-1.0 lbs/week, and she ended up being correct. If your exercise is low, you may need a bit less than that. She told me, never to go belong 800 cal/day.
How much exercise? For how long? Are you using any weights? Maybe, it is time to mix things up i.e. increase the frequency and/or intensity, and the type of exercise that you are doing.
Rapid weight loss causes a loss of lean muscle mass, which decreases our metabolism, so the only way to correct this, it to do weight training. It helps to preserve our lean muscle mass, so that metabolism doesn't completely slow down, and allows us to eat . Weight training is the only thing that changes our body completely, besides plastic surgery.
