I use the tracker on this site, since I am here all the time.  Seems to do most of what I need for it to.

Roz, you mention that I keep my carbs down so well and I have tried to see what I am doing different than you are.  I guess the main thing is that I still basically don't eat any bread products and have starchy veggies, like bean, only once a day if that, limited fruit.  But today was a pretty carby day with flax blueberry muffin for breakfast and beans for supper.  Still only ended up 20 net (after subtracting the fiber)  Although I try to eat veggies at least 3 of the 4 meals a day, they are really low carb ones like spinach, cabbage, etc.

Thanks for Prayers!!!  The fund raiser was a huge success!!   Her Mom hasn't been able to return to work since this happened and I don't see her returning for quite awhile.

You are right, I don't eat many vegetables.  Vegetables are not my favorite food. I like broccoli and cauliflower but they give me so much gas. I really like green beans and I used to eat a can full at a time but now I can eat such a small amount at a meal and they don't feel me up.   I love kidney beans though so I'm at least adding some protein to my carbs when I eat my chili...lol.
