 THe secret to the sleeve is that your appetite vanishes...they remove the grehlin in your stomach and you should have no appetite for quite some time...I still really have no appetite at 14 months out...my stomach has not growled once...I get hungry in my head and my body feels hungry..ie..weak..but no stomach , crazy...craving...out of control..hunger..so that alone makes ALL the difference...since really when you have the sleeve you diet for the rest of your life in one way or another...good luck.
