However, I will say that I went from that to GNC to Nectar and somewhere in that process, my hair started growing back in. Maybe it was just time but maybe not. The other thing is how much better the Nectar mixes (other than the lemon tea which doesn't mix well at all). Anyway, Nectar is my new favorite, again.
