What protein bars do you use? What's the carb totals? There are so many bars out there and it is all so confusing to me.

I use the OH Yeah bars. They have 33 carbs, 360 calories and 36-37 gm protein per bar. They are large, so I usually have 1/2 bar per day. It has sugar alcohols + some sugar. It doesn't give me the runs and it kind of takes care of my chocolate craving. I usually have 1/2 bar in the afternoon at work around 2 or 3. I think it also fills me up quite a bit so I'm not starving when I get home at about 5:30 or 6pm.
At this stage, I do have to worry about the calories, so I plan it into my day. My protein coffees have about the same calories and protein as 1/2 a bar, but about 8 less carbs (I put FF milk in there also.).
Some groceries sell them individulally and you can get them at some vitamin shops also. They are much cheaper to order online if you like them.

Hi Roz! Better late than never...
Had labs drawn today so it knocked my routine off
B - nothing
L - swamp soup, a piece of bread and some tortilla chips. Didn't eat all the soup
D - steak and refried beans with cheese
S - bloody mary
Vits: no, not today, BUT I've learned a LOT about nutrients today. I'm incorporating some Fish oils and other nutrients into my daily routine
Water: ok
HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"
Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?
