I am using the My Daily Plate.  It seems to work ok, but I have seen on some other forums some programs that calculates the exercise and calories burned etc.   I would also like some suggestions on a program that will calculate the Nutrition from a recipe etc.

Thanks in advance everyone.

Went shopping on Sat with a friend.  And I was able to fit in a size 8.  Yikes.  Hard to believe.  I am loving it.  The unfortunate part is that I love to shop and am spending money quickly buying adorable clothes.  Hey.  Who doesnt like to look cute?!!!!  :)

Have a good day.

I use Calorie counter by fat secret. I really like it. It has a huge list of restaurants, and you can enter barcodes and even scan them. You can use it online, or the iPhone, iPad app. I have only had one bar code it didn't recognize.

I use the tracker on this site.  I'm here all the time anyway.

The dailyplate will do both for you.  They have a section to input your exercise and you can create a recipe and it will give you the stats.

I use My Fitness Pal because I think it's easier to use than The Daily Plate.

I had been using fitday, but have switched to my fitness pal. It just seems easier, neither count net carbs, just total carbs.
