Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my top reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

Morning!!!   It looks like I've got a ton of posts to catch up on...hope to do that this afternoon!!   Have a Wonderful Over the Hump Day!!!

During the honeymoon period "Bad" carbs will slow down our losing but most of the time we don't realize that's even happening  because we are still losing and we "think" we are getting away with it, but worse than that,  "Bad Carbs" lead to bad habits and  then when we get to maintenance we start gaining.

good morning. working on water and vits...not sure about miles yet....

cracking down on my diet since my 18mo apt is coming up in a couple of months...sticking to meat, veggies, water and shakes to shed the rest of this extra 50lbs!

SWIMMING
Leftover pizza: 17.9g protein
kashi and NAS ice cream: 7.3g protein

totals: 1348 calories, 38.5g fat, 92.2g carbs (67.4g net), 144g protein

 7/18/10: 211lbs, 10/16/10: 174 lbs, 1/21/11: 146 lbs, 4/20/11: 131 lbs. Insulin FREE since 7/2010, "normal" BMI since 12/2010. I'm 31, 5'5", happily married, with a fabulous 3 year old boy, and hope to add to our family in the near future

I have to keep remembering that the breakfast bars are something that you make and they are healthy.   Store bought bars scare me because they are made to be delicious and not always the best choices we can make.

Good menu except the triscuits worry me.  You are pretty early out for including carbs in your menu.

I used to have a terrible time holding my tongue too but years of regrets finally taught me that it's better for me if I keep my mouth shut.

Hi Roz,
My last work day this week.  DD, DGD and I are taking our annual girls trip starting tomorrow and coming home next Tuesday!!  We will go to my parents tomorrow and to her sister in law's Sunday.  Monday is our big shopping trip.  I'm so excited and ready to go.  Got to get all my food & protein ready tonight.
