You are a little ahead of me but my plan hasn't changed in a good while.  We are at 2 oz of protein, 2 oz veggies or fruit at a meal, 4-5x a day.  Starchy veggies no more than 2x a day.  2 protein shakes a day, around 80-100g.

Still working for me.

2 ounces of protein at a times and only 2 ounces of vegies or a fruit, I would starve.  I was eating 2 ounces of protein at 2 months out.  By 10 months out, I was eating 4-5 ounces of protein plus a vegetable and a starch and most people told me I was eating small portions.

By 10 months out, I was eating around 4-5 ounces of protein per meal, some vegetables or  a a fruit and a starch.  I was actually actually allowed more protein but I couldn't fit anymore - many times, I just ate the 4-5 ounces of protein and nothing else and would be stuffed.

I ate 5-6 small meals per day including 1-2 protein drinks per drinks perday for a total of about 90 -100 grams of protein per day.  Once I hit a year out, I increased to 100-120 grams per day and I tried to eat 6 ounces at a time but I can't always fit it in.  Seeing a nutritionist a nutritionist s very important.
