Good Morning. Is VLady Your "Dealer"
I will be 17 in Oct. Let's don't go with my OTHER birthday, also in Oct.
My start wt was 262. My wt for MOST of the years has been a nice even 112, so 150 lost. I've had 3 regains, lost again. 3 underwts, each causes NOT by my WLS.
Over all pretty stable.
I have the correct forms of all vites, and surprisingly cheaper than what may seem "cheap" to someone who's not comparing unit to unit or number of pills to $.
My irons are generally gentle to anyone, but it may take awhile to find a good mate for your tummy and your labs.
Charles has some of the most awesome labs I've ever seen and he's a rookie. NOBODY starts with levels this good. His labs are better than mine and I've been tweaking since 1994!

P.S. My year + long absence has NOTHING to do with my WLS, or my type of WLS. See my profile.
Actually, I have some 50K I'm not taking. My D is through the roof so I supplement using the 5K instead. Drop me a PM with your address and I'll send it to you. Give me a few days though as I'm still in Houston.

When I place an order I typically just order 1 of everything I need so I have a supply when I run out. I order maybe once every few months.

I do follow her suggested plan for DS patients.
Like others have said, she is a former weight loss surgery patient who is a godsend to all WLS patients.
Off topic, I did go to Quest to have my 6 month labs drawn. When I gave my list of labs to the Quest employee, she looked over the 2 pages of tests and asked me the following question. "Do you have a driver to take you home after I draw ALL these tests?"
I wasn't sure if she was kidding or not.
