it's water weight, it's water weight, it's water weight....
last week 165
this week 166
gain 1 lb
first time I've gained weight since before surgery.

I was on travel all week: brought food, still ate off plan a bit (mostly salty foods). I walked a bit more than normal though.

It's water weight, it's water weight, it HAS to be water weight, LOL

Tracey, I think you may have reached the stage where it starts to bounce some but overall is on a downward trend.

Liz, your body just needs time to catch up.  I bet next week will show a good loss.

I am in slow and steady mode again.

Last week 152
This week 151
total  -1

Amy, I sure hope so...I really want to see 145.3 before my surgiversary this month and that is only 5 days away. 145.3 is a normal BMI for me and is my next goal.

Hi Liz,

I think your gain is jus****er weight, IMHO.

Last week: 110.5 lbs.

This week: 110.2 lbs

minus -.3 lbs.

Yesterday, I was 108.7 and most of the week around 109.8 lbs. I ate out yesterday, so it is probably sodium weight. I am definitely in maintenance mode and really don't want to lose more, since a plastic surgeon told me that I have very little body fat and perhaps, 2 lbs of excess skin. I'll take it.

Have a great day and week!!! I'm sure the scale will be down next week.

For the past six months, I have been working with a trainer for 2 hours/week, plus some cardio or other exercise on alternate days. I credit the weight training for helping to create more muscle mass. I need to have my body fat measured. The doc thought that it was low. I still look like a melted candle in places, but it would be worse without the weight training and exercise.

Thanks, Gail...

I would LOVE to have no excess fat (will get there some day)

Maintaining is great.
