· 2 TB cottage cheese
· 2 TB cup Greek yogurt
· ¾ cup mozzarella
· 2 TB Parmesan cheese
· 2 TB ground flax seeds
· 1 egg white
· Herbs of your choice
Mix all together, bake at 450 for 20 minutes, until golden. Add toppings, broil until cheese melts
