Lots of Variety!  I'm confused about the totals.  Is this right: Cal. 857/Carbs 81g/Protein 80g?

Just Curious...how is maintenance going with that many carbs?

You know, you're right, I am maintaining but not losing any weight... I am going to start looking at the nutritional labels more... About that golden apple, I can't get it on my signature???? What can I say I am inept with the computer...thanks Roz

I wasn't having any problems maintaining until I hit 2.5 years and now I'm struggling to stay where I want to be.  For over a year the scales were bouncing between 109-112 but now all of a sudden  it's 114-117 and I don't like it one bit!!   I just can't figure it out. I think it's all settled in my tummy and my pants are feeling snug.  I haven't changed anything and I think I already experienced the bounce back.  My low was 106 and I felt really good at 112.

I've got to figure out how you do that with the net carbs in vegetables.  I've tried and I just can't get that low!!!
