Get some rest!!
I'd definitely go pastaless this early out if it was me. If you use ragotti cheese then I add sauce and cheese to get the taste without the pasta. That would be mostly protein.

WOW...11 months already!
Are most of the carbs from the breakfast cookie bar? I'd be careful with those.
Our Walmart never has the MiO in stock. My favorite generic crystal lite at Walmart is Pineapple Mango. My favorite MiO is Berry Pomegranate. I buy my MiO at Target. They have always had it in stock.

Time flies when you're having fun with life, doesn't it?

Nah, they're pretty low, a little higher than the last batch but I threw cherries in this one, it's amazing. I'd say it's the ice cream, while no added sugar it's still kinda carby. I was told to stay under 100gm of carbs with my activity level, so yeah I pushed it today, but I'm not too worried, should I be? Breakfast cookie is flaxmeal, applesauce, protein powder, nuts, and coconut. Added cherries and a baking square to this batch, still under 6gm carbs
Oh they have it in stock, but not the fruit punch. they have every single other flavor but not the one I want to try next! They are so evil!
I don't think i tried the pineapple mango crystal light yet... I love the fake alcoholic beverage generic crystal lights from Target. Drinking cranberry cosmo at the moment :D

of course!
Breakfast Cookie Bars:
Original recipe was for cookies but I prefer to be able to know exacly how much of the ingredients are in each serving so I poured it like a cake batter and baked then cut into 12 bars. Here's my version
3/4 cup applesauce
1 large egg white
1/4 cup almond slivers
1/4 unsweetened coconut flakes
1/4 cup banana protein powder*
1/4 cup cookies n creme protein powder*
1 square baking chocolate
DaVinci SF syrup
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup ideal**
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 ground flax seeds
Toast almond slivers and coconut flakes, set aside
Mix applesauce and egg white together, set aside
Mix all dry ingredients together
Melt the baking square with a splash of flavored SF syrup in the microwave.
Blend all items together let sit for 5 minutes.
Make into cookies or pour into a cake pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
*use any flavor protein powder you want as long as it equals 1/2 cup. Baking chocolate may be omitted if your flavors are better without it. I added this to the original recipe because the almond joy ones I made weren't very chocolately. I love chocolately.
** I used Ideal, but you can use any sweetener you like, I would recommend a granulated one, batter is runny enough as is.
Most recent batch I added cherries and used perfect chocolate protein powder

Just a splash, maybe a tablespoon?
I think on the banana peanut butter chocolate I used PB syrup, the choco-cherry I used cherry
Bana PB Choco:
78.6 cal, 4.7g fat, 7.5g carbs (6.4g net), 6.4g protein
ChocoCherry:
88 calories, 4.7g fat, 7.5g carbs (5g net), 5.9g protein
CranRazz:
69.6 calories, 3.1g fat, 5.7g carbs (4.9g net), 5.6g protein
for 1/12th of the recipe
not officially low carb I guess, but I like how much fiber I get in with these and they taste so naughty :)

Today I'm having a protein shake day. For the first time yesterday I really went off the rails and indulged in a bunch of carbs and I feel sick today. I'm basically cleansing today to put the carb monster behind me. He's so evil. I'm going to have four protein shakes, so 640 calories, 120 grams of protein.
