Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my top reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

Monday again.....

During the honeymoon period "Bad" carbs will slow down our losing but most of the time we don't realize that's even happening  because we are still losing and we "think" we are getting away with it, but worse than that,  "Bad Carbs" lead to bad habits and  then when we get to maintenance we start gaining.

It was wonderful thanks!  We had perfect weather in the 80's and no rain as they had predicted!  All friends and family came and had a great time!  I love our new house!!  Now, if I could just get my husband to finish taking the wallpaper and painting...he won't let me help, I tried! LOL

I'm glad your DG had a good one!

I think he had a good time!  We are so fortunate that our DD's and their hubbies share their big days with us.  The Grandchildren are so much fun!!  The two 3yolds have finally figured out how much fun it is to ride their tricycles.  They rode for 2 hours non stop on Sat. and then cried when they had to go home last night.  They are finally learning to stear so we are going to get their "big" bikes out next weekend.

I've barely touched my lunch and my tummy is rebelling today.  I don't know what it is about my pouch and chicken.

What kind of popcorn do you eat?
