Thanks to everyone who sent congrats on my getting to "normal". After traveling all weekend, I'm probably not still there, but will be again soon.

I've been up in Western NY around the Genessee (sp) Valley. What georgous territory and nice folks. But I am glad to be back home and back to my routine. I missed you guys.

You'll hit normal again if you have just bounced outside of it - I'm sure of that!!

Me too. I've been feeling really "liberated" about the scale lately. Maybe that is because it has been nice to me but I have been really comfortable with my eating and size. That hasn't happened very often in this 62 yrs of mine.
